Full-time · Madrid

What will you do as a business consultant at Sqills?

As a Business Consultant at Sqills, you will be part of a Customer Centric Team located in Spain (Madrid) and you will guide our spanish-speaking clients in modeling their business processes in our industry-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product: S3 Passenger. With S3 Passenger, you will work with the most modern sales and reservation system on the market for rail operators. Do you believe you can help our clients leverage our state-of-the-art software to fulfill continuously evolving passenger needs? Then this role may be something for you!

Integrating S3 Passenger for a rail operator is a challenge. It concerns mission critical business processes that need to be modeled in a functionally rich and flexible SaaS product. Variations are endless, requiring deep analytical skills and good understanding of business processes, functionality and context of our clients. In addition, there is a portion in the larger IT ecosystem of our clients that typically requires custom integration. Your expertise and experience matters to successfully integrate S3 Passenger in the IT landscape of our clients. As a business consultant, you are responsible for integrating existing systems with S3 Passenger, both upstream (B2C, B2B and B2E frontend channels) and downstream (e.g. CRM, Revenue Management, etc.).

We have a global client base, ranging from The Americas to a strong client base in Europe. With a global go-to-market strategy, we are continuously growing and expanding our footprint to Asia Pacific and Middle East. And you will be a crucial element to be successful for our international growth plans, to thrive implementations with interactive workshops, consulting, presales activities and training clients onsite at their offices, both within and outside Spain.

You will integrate the customer-centric team in Madrid and will be participating in helping our Spanish-speaking customers in production as well as those in the implementation phase.
