Financial Administrator
For our corporate office in Enschede, we are looking for a full-time Financial Administrator to join our Finance team. While the role is primarily based in Enschede, working from our Amersfoort location is also possible. You'll work in an inspiring environment, complete with a Grand Café for coffee and lunch breaks, and designated spaces for teamwork and individual workspaces.
What will you be doing as a Financial Administrator at Sqills?
You will support operational accounting processes by managing purchasing activities, processing payments, and performing account reconciliations. Your role includes handling general ledger accounting, overseeing Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), and monitoring bank accounts to manage overdue accounts and resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will assist Finance Accounting Management in preparing and analyzing financial data, act as the main contact for supplier and colleague inquiries, track customer payments, support audits, and process employee declarations.
An educational background at the MBO+ level or equivalent work experience, ideally in administration;
Previous experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role is welcome;
Proficiency in Dutch GAAP, with IFRS knowledge are a plus;
Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with AFAS or SAP is beneficial;
Fluent in Dutch and English, with Turkish as an added advantage;
A team player with analytical, excellent organization and communication skills.
