HR Business Partner
At Sqills, we’re looking to strengthen our HR team with an enthusiastic and driven HR Business Partner who’s passionate about people development and eager to grow within a dynamic international environment.
As an HR Business Partner at Sqills, you’ll collaborate closely with Marije, your fellow HR Business Partner, and Vini, our HR Director, to support and develop our teams across all our offices in The Netherlands, France and Turkey.
You’ll frequently engage with various stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and coach, to enhance business performance and boost employee engagement. You're approachable, empathetic, and genuinely invested in helping others succeed. Your proactive mindset ensures that you identify development opportunities and facilitate meaningful conversations around personal and team growth.
Together with Marije, you’ll contribute to core HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding, employee development programs, talent management, organisational growth, absenteeism management, and interactions with occupational health services, where your insights into team dynamics and employee growth potential will be invaluable.
You’ll have the opportunity to participate in exciting HR projects, like implementing our talent management strategy, supporting senior management development, refining our performance management approach, and enhancing our HR policies to make them engaging and accessible.
A Bachelor’s degree (HBO level)
Relevant HR experience, preferably gained in a growing and dynamic environment.
A genuine enthusiasm for coaching and developing people, combined with strong interpersonal skills.
The ability to connect easily with others and a good sense of team dynamics.
Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, coaching methodologies, and talent management practices.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with empathy and clarity in both spoken and written forms – proficiency in French is a plus.
A creative mindset, a proactive approach, and a hands-on mentality.
Availability for at least 32 hours per week and comfort working in a hybrid work environment.
