The team you'll be working with:

Your team is responsible for multiple components of our S3 Passenger Suite. Each of our DevOps teams consists of a team coach, a product owner, an information analyst, developers and testers.

Developers are fully responsible for both the backend as well as frontend implementations of those components. Testers to ensure overall quality of these components. Through automated testing, continuous deployment, and monitoring the applications in production, we make sure to provide the quality our customers expect. 

We are looking for an Information Analyst who will join a DevOps team working on multiple components with a strong focus on the booking domain. This domain lays at the center of the S3 Passenger landscape and is primarily responsible for handling booking transactions: from booking creation to after-sale operations. This means the team is involved in a large number of features that span across multiple domains and involve several teams.

What will you do?

As an Information Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, business application specialists, other Information Analysts, and stakeholders to collect requirements.

  • Turn requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for your DevOps team.

  • Evaluate different solutions, identify potential challenges, and recommend the best way forward.

  • Act as a point of contact and sounding board for other teams regarding functional or technical developments.

  • Maintain thorough documentation in Jira and Confluence.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or Technical Management, or equivalent experience

  • Experience as an Information Analyst

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Ability to maintain a high-level overview while paying attention to critical details

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working in a DevOps team

  • Familiarity with the booking domain or transaction systems

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
