International Business Consultant

Sqills is looking for an experienced business consultant that translates complex problems into simple and sustainable solutions that drive business results

Full-time · Toronto

As a consultant at Sqills, you will guide our clients in modelling their business processes in our industry-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product: S3 Passenger. With S3 Passenger, you will work with the most modern sales and reservation system on the market for rail operators. Do you believe you can help our clients to thrive their business by configuring state-of-the-art software to fulfil continuously evolving passenger needs?

Then this role may be something for you!

Integrating S3 Passenger for a rail operator is a challenge. It concerns mission critical business processes that need to be modelled in a functionally rich and flexible SaaS product. Variations are endless, requiring deep analytical skills and good understanding of end-user experiences/business processes, functionality and context of our clients. In addition, there is a portion in the larger IT ecosystem of our clients that typically requires custom integration. Your expertise and experience matters to successfully integrate S3

Passenger in the IT landscape of our clients. As a business consultant, you are responsible for integrating existing systems with S3 Passenger, both upstream (B2C, B2B and B2E frontend channels) and downstream (e.g. F&A, CRM, RM, DWH).

Your office will be in Oakville where you will spend valuable time discussing client challenges and solutions with your peers. For those days that require dedicated focus, there is plenty of flexibility to work from home, in a hybrid set-up.

We have a global client base, ranging from North America to a strong client base in Europe. With a global go-to-market strategy we are continuously growing and expanding our footprint to Asia Pacific and Middle East. And you will be a crucial element to be successful for our international growth plans, to thrive implementations with interactive workshops, consulting and training clients onsite at their offices.
