We are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager capable of managing stakeholders on different levels while working in a technology driven environment. As a Project Manager, you are the guiding and connecting force in the realisation of our projects in the field of business and IT within Sqills. These projects can be multi-year due to their complexity.

In practice, this means that you manage impactful implementation projects from start to go-live; you manage the relationship (uncertainties, expectations and information), motivate the project team members, supervise the execution of the work according to the relevant project procedures, are responsible for accurate project planning and of course ensuring that the end result is delivered within budget and timelines.

You like to immerse yourself in the business so that you are a fully-fledged discussion partner for all stakeholders. Ultimately, you evaluate your projects and secure the results in the organisation.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience and success as a Project Manager.

You have +/- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with IT Projects or in an IT environment. Thanks to your experience with change processes, strong communication skills and organisational qualities, you will make this position a success.

In addition, you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• Experience with software development in an agile environment;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Experience in managing external suppliers;
• Experience with change processes within dynamic organisations;
• An independent, assertive and stress-resistant personality;
• Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing and can communicate in a client-centric way. It may be helpful if you speak Dutch, but not required.
