As AWS Cloud Teamlead, you will combine technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You’ll ensure our cloud infrastructure meets the highest standards while coaching your team to grow and excel. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve cloud solutions that support our business goals.
The Cloud team is primarily working from our headquarters in Enschede, but also has colleagues in our Amersfoort office and Aveiro (Portugal) hub.
Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and objectives for the Cloud team.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure cloud solutions.
Ensure alignment between team priorities and company objectives.
Drive efficiency, automation, and innovation, optimizing cloud infrastructure and operations.
Promote learning & development, ensuring team members grow professionally.
Increase operational autonomy by sharing knowledge and empowering other teams to manage infrastructure-related tasks effectively.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or related fields, with a strong track record of designing and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
Experience leading or mentoring teams in a technical environment.
Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
Familiarity with programming in Python.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
