Technical/ Business Consultant & Team Coach

Sqills is looking for an experienced business consultant who will also help in coaching one of the Client Centric Teams.

Full-time · Enschede

We are looking for an experienced Business and/or Technical Consultant that will also coach one of our Customer Centric Teams on an individual and team level. You use your experience to help service our customers in the best possible way.

What will you do as a Business/ Technical Consultant at Sqills?

As a Business Consultant at Sqills, you will guide our clients in modelling their business processes in our industry-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product: S3 Passenger. With S3 Passenger, you will work with the most modern sales and reservation system on the market for rail operators. Do you believe you can help our clients to ensure their business thrives by configuring state-of-the-art software to fulfil continuously evolving passenger needs? Then this role may be something for you!

It is a challenge to integrate S3 Passenger for a rail operator. It concerns mission-critical business processes that need to be modelled in a functionally-rich and flexible SaaS product. Variations are endless, which requires deep analytical skills and a good understanding of business processes, functionality, and context of our clients. In addition, there is a portion in the larger IT ecosystem for our operators that typically requires custom integration. Your expertise and experience matters in order to successfully integrate S3 Passenger in the existing IT landscape of our clients. As a Business Consultant, you are responsible for integrating existing systems with S3 Passenger, both upstream (B2C, B2B and B2E frontend channels) and downstream (e.g. F&A, CRM, RM, DWH).

What will you do as a Team Coach at Sqills?

As a Team Coach, you are responsible for coaching one of the Customer Centric Teams (CCT) and for the quality of the services provided to all customers that are the responsibility of your team. You will coach your CCT of around 10 colleagues in the roles of Project Managers, Business Consultants, Service Delivery Managers, and Business Application Specialists. We see this role as an addition to the role of a Business Consultant or one of the other roles in the CCT team.

In addition, you participate in team-transcending matters, such as setting up and maintaining the processes and procedures or the collaboration with Sales and Product Management. The upcoming technological and organisational changes will demand your change-management skills as a Team Coach. You are therefore clear in your expectations and you focus on results. As a Team Coach, you report to our CCO, Kasper Walraven.

Within your team help establish a culture in which we continuously improve. Within your work, the emphasis is on coaching and guiding the professionals in your team so that they can perform optimally. You facilitate an atmosphere of openness, safety, and trust. An atmosphere where employees feel free to say what they think and feel.

You have a facilitating role in the field of further professionalisation of your team members. Together with your fellow Team Coaches, you ensure that you coordinate and cooperate together. You also contribute to the realisation of continuous improvements and the underlying improvement actions in cooperation with the Improvement Manager.
