For our corporate office in Enschede we are looking for a full-time Financial Bid Manager to join our Finance team. You will work in an office where we thought of everything, we have a beautiful Grand Café where you can have lunch or a cup of coffee together and all teams have their own spaces, including individual workspaces.

What will you do?

You will support our sales team in expanding our European position as market leader by preparing and evaluating bids from a financial perspective. Your responsibilities will encompass bid preparation, involving pricing, contract terms, compliance checks for new customers as well managing internal bid approval processes.

The other part of your role will be dedicated to various commercial activities of the legal entity (e.g., taking care of the client base, bookkeeping tasks, periodic reportings). By identifying improvement areas, you will help our organization to grow successfully.

We are looking for someone with

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration on HBO or university level;

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar financial position or experience with an accounting company;

• Knowledge about financial processes and basic understanding of accounting principles;

• You can work well with Office, especially Excel; experience in process automation is an advantage (e.g. Power Automate, Knime, Power BI)

• An analytical and problem-solving mentality;

• Agility and adaptability to changing environment in a dynamic organisation;

• The ability to operate independently in an international organisational structure;

• Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken.
